What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years’ experience in supply chain management preferable consumer electronics, Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking Japanese and English, in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Tableau skills, Drive scalable process change and automation to improve end-to-end supply chain efficiencies and to meet key supply chain metrics in terms of cost, service, inventory, and cycle time, Analytical skills including data evaluation, identification, solution development and implementation, Ability to multitask and prioritize work while keeping outstanding attention to detail, Demonstrate decision-making ability in face of uncertain or incomplete information, Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative, Ability to build relationships both internally and externally to team, Influencing and collaborative skills across various levels in the organization, Comfortable in a dynamic and international environment
What You'll Do.
overall management of end to end customer supply chain operations for customers in Japan
ensure timely delivery of the right products at the right time towards customers
drive operational efficiencies
participate in continuous process improvement activities
support and optimize revenue growth for assigned customers
actively manage order backlog
allocation of inventory based on scheduling priorities
monitoring the logistics execution of outsourced logistics partner and key channel partner
daily contact with internal and external customers
communicate actively on the fulfillment of fulfillment strategies
continuous process improvement to enable more efficiencies in end to end supply chain
drive improvements in key metrics cost
inventory and cycle time
Build a collaborative environment where information is shared efficiently and effectively with internal and external business partners and stakeholders
Responsible for the team's commitment to clean order management relative to ensuring accuracy of delivery dates
fulfillment and execution
Monitor to ensure on-time delivery for orders through delivery metrics and partnering with Logistics
Manage and actively publish critical reports on in-stock
on-time in-full deliveries and channel inventory
Day to day backlog management (order scheduling
