Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience, Proficiency in C++ and/or Python in a professional environment, Advanced end-to-end understanding of industrial automation systems, Proven track record of delivering robotics solutions into production, Change management skills for operational adoption, Critical thinking to guide customers to scalable solutions, Professional fluency in English, Willingness to frequently travel internationally

Experience leading and scaling a forward-deployed engineering team, Building repeatable playbooks for customer onboarding, Deployment and diagnostics of robotic production systems, Expertise in navigating cultural nuances internationally, Building high-level relationships with executives and technical leaders internationally, Industrial robot programming (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, UR, ABB, Yaskawa), PLC programming (e.g., Beckhoff, Siemens), Machine vision experience, Industrial bus systems experience (especially EtherCAT), Virtual commissioning experience, Simulation experience, Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, Familiarity with distributed systems, Familiarity with Kubernetes, Familiarity with gRPC, Familiarity with Protobuf, Familiarity with Bazel, Familiarity with real-time architectures

Role As the Technical Lead for Customer Success, you will drive the strategic adoption of Intrinsic’s product suite across the challenging production environments of our industry-leading partners. You and your team will partner closely with our customers to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex robotic automation systems. Ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial outreach, through architecting technical solutions, to delivering first-of-a-kind production deployments and managing long-term lifecycle success. As part of the regional leadership team, you will collaborate closely with our global leadership team to convert Intrinsic’s Go-To-Market strategy into regional actions. As the Technical Lead you will be accountable for technical feasibility and execution across all APAC engagements and to leverage your team to maximize the business outcomes across them. All while ensuring close alignment with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
