  CUSTOMER SUCCESS SALES EXECUTIVE At CADimensions, we believe great sales is about more than closing deals — it’s about building trusted partnerships and helping customers solve real challenges. Our Account Managers are at the forefront of that mission, connecting innovative technology with the people who need it most. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Customer Success Sales Executive to grow and manage a portfolio of customers, uncover new opportunities, and deliver solutions that create real impact. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, resilient, and motivated by both winning new business and helping customers succeed long-term. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Build and manage strong relationships within a defined set of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to customers. Prospect and generate new opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects. Own the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, progressing deals, forecasting, and closing business. Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and align solutions that drive value. Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and leadership) to deliver a seamless customer experience. Continuously develop product knowledge, including certifications in Dassault Systèmes or other vendor solutions. Stay proactive and persistent in follow-up to ensure opportunities move forward and customers stay engaged. Contribute to team success by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting overall sales initiatives.
