What You'll Do.

Support CS Operations managers

Manage tickets to support CS team members

Analyze recurring issues and requests

Help define and document long-term fixes

Support the implementation of standard ways of working

Maintain and improve internal documentation

Help structure common requests and solutions

Support CS Ops projects

Assist with data checks

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

work in close collaboration with CS teams across all regions; able to interact with CS team members

Communication Scope

Good communication skills; able to interact with CS team members and translate issues into clear explanations
