What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bilingual proficiency in Ukrainian and English, 3+ years of experience in client or educational projects/services/support, Demonstrated task-driven project management, Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine

What You'll Do.
Lead onboarding process for new schools
personalised training and support
and create instructional materials
Foster relationships with school users
Provide regular check-ins and value-added services
Identify opportunities to increase platform engagement and retention
Deliver effective communication to ensure desired learning outcomes
Track and analyse platform usage data
Offer insights and recommendations to school users and
Work closely with the focal team on projects
Stay up-to-date with all features and developments on
Serve as the primary point of contact for

The role will involve maintaining strong relationships that drive customer satisfaction and maximise platform usage. We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a keen interest in learning through technology to join our dynamic team.
