Frequent travel (up to a third of your time at events and customer farms across Mexico, Latin America, California and Washington state)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent/native-speaking-experience in both English and Spanish, Agriculture-specific experience, Comfortable with agriculture terminology both in English and Spanish, Outstanding, customer-centric communication skills, Prior experience working in agriculture and agtech, Deep understanding about how farmers operate, Resilient, innovative problem-solver, Exceptional organizational abilities, Ability to effectively communicate technology topics, Comfortable with frequent travel, Experience working with ERP systems, Experience working with CRMs, Ability to coordinate effectively across various stakeholders
What You'll Do.
Have significant ownership over customer support
Own new farm onboarding
Execute and build on customer training procedures
Develop relationships with internal teams
Host regular check-ins with customers

Team & Collaboration
Develop relationships with internal, direct-to-farm sales team; Develop relationships with service partners; Develop relationships with field operations teams; Coordinate effectively across various stakeholders
