Join us as Customer Success Manager to build Lexroom's Spanish customer base from the ground up. You will be the first dedicated CS hire for the Spanish market, owning the full portfolio of Spanish customers end to end. You report to Alice Lusvarghi and work alongside the team that built our most developed market, Italy. The product already won in Italy, with the numbers to prove it. Spain is next, and you own it. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the full Spanish customer portfolio from handover to renewal, with a clear goal: keep every customer (retention first) and grow each account through proactive upsell and uplift. - Run a proactive, commercial CS motion. You do not wait for customers to call. You call them, spot the opportunity in every conversation, and bring it home. - Be the single point of contact for Spanish customers, from onboarding and product expertise to support requests, gathering feedback and feeding it back to Product and Marketing. - Adapt the Italian playbook to Spain, importing what works and localizing it for the Spanish market. - Own your numbers: build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on the health and growth of your portfolio. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2 to 4 years in Customer Success or account management, ideally at a SaaS, tech, or software company. Exposure to legal or professional-services customers is a plus
