We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join and drive the customer success processes at one of our Ecosystem Companies. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, driving customer retention and expansion, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our product.
