What You'll Do.

Own a book of n8n’s enterprise customers

Act as the primary post-sales partner across onboarding

Lead customer kickoffs and success planning

Drive onboarding and enablement across technical and business audiences

Establish an operating cadence (health checks

Monitor customer health and product usage signals

Quantify and communicate business value throughout the lifecycle

Identify and progress expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)

Partner closely with Support

Solutions Engineering

and Product to resolve blockers quickly
