5+ years CSM experience, SaaS organization experience, Enterprise Customers experience, EMEA market experience, Track record building executive relationships, Ask right questions, Work with sales, product, services, Excellent communication skills, Extremely organised, Balance many moving pieces, Proven project management track record, Enjoy learning new things, Excited by learning new space, Ready to take responsibility, Willing to work from office 4 days per week
