Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Role summary- This role drives growth across Payoneer’s eCommerce clients by managing key relationships, optimizing customer success, and delivering revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and strategic go-to-market initiatives. Location: Shenzhen On-site Full-time What you’ll do Oversee and manage existing e-Commerce client relationships and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top customers to develop value propositions that address client needs. Be proactive in strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell/X-sell related solutions and services. Growing the company’s capability to serve e-Commerce trade and develop the vision and plan to execute a go-to-market strategy, collaborating with the analytics. Be accountable for increasing user health, managing day-to-day operations, and scaling the team. Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape business solutions to meet customer needs. Drive events, below the line activities and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness. Other related duties assigned as needed Who you are BA Degree or equivalent, master’s degree is a plus 5+ years of experience in business development or account manage
