What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, specifically within the B2B SaaS space, managing complex accounts, Proven ability to build instant rapport and influence stakeholders, Ability to juggle a high volume of tasks with autonomous, razor-sharp organizational skills, Deliver your message with clarity, punch, and empathy, Natural curiosity for HR or LMS technology and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends, Embody the "Docebo Heart," approaching every interaction with positive intent, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for inclusivity, Ready and willing to travel up to 25% of the time
