Must Have

2+ years customer success/relationship/account management experience, Demonstrable ability to work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment, Ability to analyse complex situations, Demonstrates the ability to use organizational skills, Experience working with enterprise customers, Customer Centric mindset, Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Nice to Have

Previous experience with Sales Engineering, Customer Service, Previous experience with project management, Digital Security Industry certification

What You'll Do.

Manage DigiCert’s DNSME customers

Build and maintain relationships

Serve as primary point of contact

Ensure client needs and objectives are met

Proactive communication

Cross functional collaboration with internal teams

Monitor service renewals and expirations

Avoid disruption to service

Communicate upcoming changes

Provide expert level escalation management

Effectively communicate ongoing status of technical issues

Manage customer lifecycle

Ensure customer’s business goals are met

Realize value in their investment

Drive and maintain high customer satisfaction

Assist Sales account managers with renewal

Provide accurate and timely reporting

Invest in ongoing self-development

Acquire industry relevant skills
