Up to 25% travel for strategic client site visits and team alignment, Core availability expected during Eastern Time (8AM–5PM EST)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales with a track record of retaining accounts

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate, property management, and or fintech preferred, Experience in a startup environment preferred, Experience with Jira and Salesforce is preferred

What You'll Do.

Build growth strategies for book of business

Secure successful renewals and expansions

Ensure speed and efficiency in onboarding

Develop customized success plans

Accelerate adoption and provide clients path

Develop relationships with property managers

Understand business needs and value

Leverage product expertise

Proactively identify growth opportunities

Establish client feedback loop

Monitor account health

Provide ongoing education

Contribute to continuous improvement

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers; Work with collaborative teams; Partner with internal client management team; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
