Full Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the Digital Advertising space. You will play a key role in managing client’s needs while contributing to the company’s overall growth targets. Time zone: CET Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong partner relationships, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor * Ensure a smooth transition from Business Development to AdOps for a successful onboarding process; * Help set clear expectations internally and with the partner around performance, timelines, and deliverables * Monitor and analyze client performance and trends across daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly timeframes to identify missed and growth opportunities * Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews, understanding partner goals and unlocking opportunities for up-sell/cross-sell * Proactively address challenges and recommend solutions * Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Technical Team and AdOps) around client strategy from pre-sale, to onboarding and post launch lifecycle stages. * Be the voice of the customer internally, communicating their feedback and goals * Stay informed on industry trends and new opportunities in the digital advertising space (especially in programmatic - OpenRTB, VAST and compliance regulations) ## Requirements * 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in the Digital Advertising space, preferably with exposure in programmatic advertising (in CTV and mobile environments) * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience with SSPs/DSPs/SDKs work and understanding of programmatic monetization * Follow established workflows while actively identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and explain overall performance metrics * Strong organizational and
