Lead onboarding sessions
Conduct product training
Implement and adopt the platform
Track onboarding progress
Manage client accounts
Serve as primary point of contact
Conduct business reviews
Monitor account health
Identify at-risk accounts
Re-engage at-risk accounts
Ensure long-term retention
Identify upsell opportunities
Identify cross-sell opportunities
Support renewal conversations
Support contract reviews
Ensure timely resolution
Share customer feedback
