Must Have
4–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, Logistics, or related customer-facing roles, relationship-building and communication skills, ability to influence across teams and customer stakeholders, Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships, drive measurable customer outcomes, Strategic and operational mindset, comfort navigating ambiguity, building processes from the ground up, Data-driven approach to customer management, problem solving

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to freight customers while helping shape the processes, playbooks, and operational foundations that will support long-term growth in this new vertical. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, operational thinking, and a deep understanding of freight workflows, challenges, and customer needs.
