What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Account Management, Consulting, or Professional Services within a SaaS or enterprise software environment, Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts, Demonstrated ability to drive customer adoption, engagement, and value realization across a portfolio of accounts, Experience working with SaaS platforms, enterprise analytics, or data platform solutions
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Business Intelligence, analytics platforms, or AI-driven technologies, Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or similar)
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact for accounts
Develop understanding of customer organization
Partner to define measurable business outcomes
Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews
Ensure customers achieve measurable ROI
Guide customers through onboarding and adoption
Drive ongoing platform adoption
Provide guidance and resources
Monitor customer health
Act as technical advisor to stakeholders
Develop understanding of customer architecture
Facilitate technical discussions
Monitor platform adoption and technical health
Coordinate with Product
Advise customers on platform enhancements
Support successful renewal and expansion
Partner closely with Sales
Provide account insights
Identify potential risks to renewal
Develop customer advocates
