The Customer Success Manager has the responsibility for helping build and scale Kodiak Solutions’ newly established Customer Success function by developing strong customer partnerships, driving adoption, and creating scalable frameworks and best practices. This role combines strategic influence with hands‑on execution, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating cross‑functionally to bring structure, consistency, and long‑term value in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following.
