Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, Proven experience as an Customer Success Manager for International clients, In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools, understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management
Nice to Have
experience in the SaaS or digital marketing industry, HubSpot certifications (e. g. , Inbound, HubSpot Marketing Software) are a plus

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they get maximum value from HubSpot products. The role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to provide exceptional service and drive client growth.
