What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of customer service experience (junior level), 8+ years of customer service experience in digital marketing based account management (senior level), Hands-on familiarity with paid digital channels ; Google Ads, Meta, Display, YouTube, or similar, Comfort turning performance data into a clear narrative and a concrete recommendation and not just a summary, Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without things slipping, Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Out-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving, consultative approach
Nice to Have
Experience working with multi-location or franchise brands is a plus, If you understand how those organizations actually make decisions, say so
What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands
Run onboarding sessions
Build and lead campaign and business reviews
Advise clients on cross-channel strategy
Partner closely with Technical Account Managers to monitor delivery
proactively analyze performance
and optimize campaigns
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your book of business
Help clients understand and use the full depth of the Eulerity platform
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Technical Account Managers; Be the internal voice of your clients: work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve issues and make sure what we promise gets delivered
Communication Scope
Able to educate and train clients at varying levels of digital sophistication; Hold a room with senior stakeholders when needed; Turning performance data into a clear narrative and a concrete recommendation
