What They're Looking For.
Must Have
proven track record of managing a renewable book of business within the SaaS world, professionally fluent in both Italian and English, solid grasp of enterprise systems (SSO, CRM, ERP, HRIS), foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript, comfortable navigating CRM tools
Nice to Have
experience within the e-learning or L&D industry, preference for those who already know their way around Salesforce
