2+ years’ experience in Financial Services role, Support Financial Services clients in fintech/SaaS, Exposure to Asset Management workflows, Exposure to Investment Banking workflows, Exposure to Private Equity/VC workflows, Exposure to Hedge Funds workflows, Demonstrated interest in AI for financial sector, Flexible problem-solving skills, Knowledge of GenAI competitive landscape, Engage stakeholders at all levels, Earn stakeholder trust, Explain technical solutions to business audiences, Conduct evaluations of varying lengths/forms, Thrive on autonomy, Tackle client questions and challenges, Drive workflow transformation, Articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing professional, Distill and explain complex issues, Build and maintain internal relationships, Positive and proactive personality, Work cross-functionally, Distill client feedback to GTM, Product, Content teams, Influence and improve capabilities/product offerings, Proactive mindset, Passion for client success, High aptitude and willingness to learn, Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills, Effective attention to detail, Effective time management, Effective task prioritization, Work autonomously, Contribute to dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture, Empathetic, curious minded, client-centric
