What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year experience in Customer/Merchant Operations management or similar departments in B2B sectors, Relationship Management Experience in Banks, Financial Institutions, Bachelor’s Graduate from reputable Universities majoring in : Engineering, Management, Finance / Accounting, Communications, Computer science/IT
Nice to Have
Experienced in ticket management platform i. e. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, or similar tools
What You'll Do.
Handle customer inquiry
Communicate through various channels
Communicate with customers through Email
Provide necessary information requested by customers
Escalate to related stakeholders
Analyze customer transaction status
Ensure customer satisfaction
Raise awareness of existing issues
Ask relevant questions to capture more context
Identify detailed types of inquiries
Provide support to customers during Daylight time
Drive changes & implementation
Generate idea of operational excellence project
Contribute to operational excellence projects
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
