What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Hands-on 5+ years of Professional Services experience implementing HSM or Key Management platforms and use cases., Be in any discipline or equivalent, Flexible working in different time zones depending on the customer, Experience in designing, demonstrating, and executing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for customers independently., technical proficiency is required, with hands-on experience in systems administration, container technologies, and scripting languages., Demonstrated hands-on experience with at least one HSM or KMS platform, including but not limited to AWS CloudHSM, AWS KMS, Google Cloud KMS, Azure Key Vault, or IBM Key Protect., working knowledge of cryptographic interfaces, such as PKCS#11, CAPI, CNG, JCE, and KMIP., Experienced with various database encryption, tokenization, certificate management other key management operations., Ability to work in a highly fast-paced, rapid growth environment., collaboration, written and communication skills, Must live in the UAE

Act as a key technical advisor responsible for expanding the depth and breadth of Fortanix solutions with customers
Ensure long term success for customers
Participate and lead technical design workshops with customers
Configure and Implement our platform
Customer training and enablement
Drive product adoption and usage
Ensure customers are wildly successful and renewing and referenceable
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Stay current with the latest tools and share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key decision makers
Be the voice of the customer with engineering
product management and rest of the company
