Must Have

10+ years of work experience in customer facing roles, Deep subject matter expertise in either FP&A or Supply Chain Planning, understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), understanding of Enterprise Planning & Analytics, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, consultative and value oriented approach, Bachelor’s degree, with focus on business, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain

Nice to Have

CA/MBA a plus

What You'll Do.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers

Maximize ROI on Anaplan platform

Own and nurture relationships with C-suite executives

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor

Lead outcome driven Executive Business Reviews

Advise customers on establishing a robust Center of Excellence

Drive measurable ROI and business outcomes

Monitor platform usage and sponsorship

Develop and execute customer success plans

Identify and drive platform expansion opportunities

Collaborate with Sales and Partners

Mitigate renewal risks

Translate Anaplan’s platform and AI capabilities

Serve as the voice of the customer

Act as a primary point of escalation

Contribute to the development of customer success assets

Own key relationships with customers

Promote and support engagement with Anaplan

Act as the primary customer contact

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Sales and Partners; Serve as the voice of the customer to internal Anaplan teams (Product, Support, Community); Contribute to the development of customer success assets, playbooks, and customer case studies; managing stakeholders across business and IT
