What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services, Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot, Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and improve response times, Working proficiency in English and Spanish, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a proven track record of execution, Experience identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion

Nice to Have

Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets or Metabase, Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, Familiarity with product usage monitoring or customer health scoring, Strategic thinking and an eye for process improvements, A good sense of humor
