Working closely with Customer Success Managers, your role will focus on customer coordination, reporting, administrative support and day-to-day service delivery activities to ensure a high standard of support across customer accounts. This role acts as an important touchpoint between internal and external stakeholders, helping to maintain strong customer relationships and support operational outcomes.
