THE ROLE As a Customer Success Associate at Aphex, you'll learn our proven Land & Expand Engine by working in our Australian Customer Success team. In the CSA role you'll develop the skills to drive project-level value that creates momentum across entire organisations. Your learning journey: Over the next 6 to 9 months, you'll work in apprentice mode with our three Australian CSMs, learning how to help major contractors get the most value out of Aphex. You'll also work closely with our two Account Managers and Account Executive in APAC, understanding how project success drives enterprise growth.
