What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-8 years of progressively responsible experience across RevOps, GTM systems, software engineering, or technical roles in B2B SaaS, hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and automation frameworks, Deep experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks, technical skills (e. g. , Python, APIs, integrations, data workflows), Proven ability to design and deploy AI-driven solutions in business environments, understanding of Customer Success processes and revenue operations, Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions, Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders, Highly autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, Curiosity and passion for applying AI to real-world business problems

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s innovative products and services using our customers’ business objectives and priorities as the foundation of the work they perform. The CSM will be responsible for driving value-based outcomes by providing customer categorization, oversight, adoption recommendations, opportunities for increased service, and metrics analysis. In addition, the CSM will perform routine health checks and coordinate any required remediation to ensure our customers stay on track towards their goals.
