What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of Customer Support experience, Bachelor's degree in any field

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and stay updated on product knowledge to deliver informed support. You will handle more complex or sensitive customer interactions and function as subject matter expert.
