What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent, Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs, Experience in customer-facing work, Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams, Experience in written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

PMP certification, SCRUM/Agile certification, SAFe certification, Experience implementing cloud services, Experience defining KPI's/SLA's

What You'll Do.

Own AI-focused customer engagements end-to-end

Partner with Prototyping Engineers and Design Technologists

Deliver breakthrough solutions

Apply Amazon's Working Backwards methodology

Orchestrate complex customer engagements

Experiment with innovative approaches

Validate technical feasibility of solutions

Define solution requirements

Define success criteria

Facilitate AI solution design

Facilitate agentic architecture patterns

Coordinate adoption of AI-driven development tools

Partner with Global Sales and Solutions Architecture teams

Identify Generative AI opportunities

Qualify Generative AI opportunities

Identify Agentic AI opportunities

Qualify Agentic AI opportunities

Support PACE leadership with program-level strategy

Build relationships with customer executives

Build relationships with AWS leadership

Maintain relationships with customer executives
