This role serves as experts in the local market and are able to use insight including real-world data, and quantitative and qualitative research to analyze the market and by that take data-driven decisions. The CSM should complement the TAS’s by engaging with thought leaders and other important external stakeholders possessing a deep understanding of the customer and patient journeys. The role is office based, with an expectation of at least 30% of the time spent on external activities to get a broad understanding of the oncology landscape within the country.
