What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years in a Customer Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Sales Engineering role in enterprise software, Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring or observability tools, Working knowledge of SRE concepts, Demonstrate excellent communication, Kubernetes, Linux and Windows administration skills, Scripting and programming experience, Foundational knowledge of networking, databases, and query languages

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services technology, Familiarity with distributed systems, capacity management, cloud-native architectures, or microservices, Experience using AI-assisted development and workflow tools, Exposure to Digital Experience Monitoring or end-user experience management

Lead technical presentations

Run key client engagements

Translate client requirements

Design and execute Proof of Values

Position ITRS against competitive offerings

Develop creative technical approaches

Be the Product Authority

Become the subject matter expert

Provide technical input

Represent ITRS at conferences

Support Strategic Account Growth

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working alongside global sales teams; Report to the Global Head of Customer Solutions Engineering; Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering; Coordinating logistics across internal teams and partners; Working with Customer Success

Communication Scope

Explaining technical concepts in accessible terms; Presenting complex solutions with clarity and business relevance; Holding your own in deep-dive technical workshops
