Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering, Minimum five years of experience in Elevator Industry, Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Excellent communication and influencing skills in English, Excellent collaboration skills and capability to teamwork, Capability for analytical thinking and focus on details, Ability to work with global colleagues considering different time zones

Coordinate engineering work until project handover
Provide technical expertise support to sales team
Handle order management
Implement KONE products and service solutions
Meet customer’s contract specification
Find optimal KONE product for non-standard needs
Select correct product platform for offer
Ensure offer is competitive
Involve Supply Line for costing
Responsible for correct product costings
Create detailed product plans for non-standard cases
Create product specifications
Perform initial energy calculations
Perform simple traffic analyses
Accountable for technical site surveys
Accountable for technical content of order
Coordinate product lead times
Ensure proposed product can be installed
Ensure installation cost impact is part of plans
Ensure planned product fulfils lifecycle needs
Identify deviations to standard maintenance methods
Ensure proposed product fulfils local codes
Ensure alignment with environmental regulations

Provide content for pre-booking reviews

He/she understands how customer needs are translated into product-specific requirements and is accountable for coordination of all engineering work until the project is handed over to maintenance. Takes part in non-standard solutions, tendering with expertise on KONE products like Elevators, Escalators and Autowalks, machine-room-less elevators, high rises, He/she provides technical expertise support to the FL CSE, field operation and sales team in Delivery process to handle order management and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions, that meet customer’s contract specification by cost and leads time effective way, while ensuring compliance to codes and standards. This role description applies to CSE Engineer, Project in KMTA CSE Functional Services. **Responsibilities and key tasks** Collaboration with sales: * Responsible for finding the optimal KONE product to meet the customer’s needs for non-standard with Special Engineering requirements. * Selects the correct product platform on which to make the offer and Ensure the offer is Competitive.
