Must Have
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering, Minimum five years of experience in Elevator Industry, AutoCAD experience, Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Excellent communication and influencing skills in English, Excellent collaboration skills, Capability to teamwork with people from different cultural backgrounds, Capability for analytical thinking, Focus on details, Ability to work with global colleagues considering different time zones, language competences and differences in working culture
Nice to Have
Excellent technical understanding of elevator, escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet the customer expectations is considered a plus
What You'll Do.
Provide technical expertise on optimal KONE product
Translate customer needs into product-specific requirements
Coordinate engineering work until project handover
Take part in non-standard solutions
Provide expertise on KONE products
Provide technical expertise support to sales team
Handle order management
Implement KONE products and service solutions
Meet customer's contract specification
Ensure cost and lead time effectiveness
Ensure compliance to codes and standards
Find optimal KONE product for customer needs
Select correct product platform for offer
Ensure offer is competitive

Collaborate with SL Engineering team

He/she understands how customer needs are translated into product-specific requirements and is accountable for coordination of all engineering work until the project is handed over to maintenance. Takes part in non-standard solutions, tendering with expertise on KONE products like Elevators, Escalators and Autowalks, machine-room-less elevators, high rises, He/she provides technical expertise support to the FL CSE, field operation and sales team in Delivery process to handle order management and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions, that meet customer’s contract specification by cost and leads time effective way, while ensuring compliance to codes and standards. This role description applies to CSE Engineer, Project in KMTA CSE Functional Services. **Responsibilities and key tasks** Collaboration with sales: * Responsible for finding the optimal KONE product to meet the customer’s needs for non-standard with Special Engineering requirements. * Selects the correct product platform on which to make the offer and Ensure the offer is Competitive.
