We are searching for someone with exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work to join our amazing team! * **Casual position available - working as and when needed** * **Rotorua Airport based** * **Supportive, friendly, and caring culture** * **Entry level role with training provided** * **Stable, global company** **About the Role** In this role you will cover both front and back of house, this means you be required to inspect cars for damages, refuel and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles both interior and exterior to ensure our customers get the best experience. You will also work from our customer counter where you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings. **What we are looking for:** * **Full** , clean, valid class 1 **driver’s licence** is essential for this role. * Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. * Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided) * Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. _**As we operate 7 days a week from 0800 to 2030 each day, you could be scheduled to work anytime during our operating hours which means you could be scheduled to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.**_ **What’s on offer:** * **$25.11 per hour** , plus increase your earnings with our sales incentive scheme. * Parking provided. * Wellbeing programme incl. life insurance, discounted health insurance and superannuation options * Employee discounts on car rental across Avis Budget Group and our partners * Access to discounts and offers from retailers and
