Basic computer skills, Must be 18 years of age, Verified internet service, Established dedicated work area, Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-8250U Series or greater, Memory: 8GB on Windows 10 or 11 64 bits, Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, Dual monitors required, USB DSP headset, Must be a laptop or a desktop, Up-to-date antivirus software installed, Firewall must be enabled, Must be hardwired to modem or router

Nice to Have

3-6 months customer service experience, 3-6 months call center experience, Office background experience a plus

Answer telephone calls from customers

Provide high-quality service

Manage large amounts of inbound calls
