Prior experience as a customer facing telecom operations technician, Basic electricity training/certification or documented equivalent work experience, ADSL installation/repair experience

Install associated wiring

Install associated equipment

Maintain outside plant facilities

Repair outside plant facilities

Work in utility access holes

Work in controlled environmental vaults

Locate buried telephone cables

Observe all safety rules

Observe all safety regulations

Assist other technical personnel

Support sales activities
