Nice to Have

Prior experience as a customer facing telecom operations technician, Basic electricity training/certification or documented equivalent work experience, ADSL installation/repair experience

What You'll Do.

Perform installation of high-speed internet

Perform maintenance of high-speed internet

Troubleshoot high-speed internet

video and voice networks

Maintain associated wiring and equipment

Perform maintenance on outside plant facilities

Repair outside plant facilities

Dig up and bury cable

Work in utility access holes

Work in controlled environmental vaults

Locate buried telephone cables

Observe all safety rules and regulations

Assist other technical personnel

Support sales and marketing related activities

Direct customer facing work

Handle sales referrals
