What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline, Minimum 2 years of experience in technical roles within the HVAC sector, Solid understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles applied to HVAC systems, Experience with electronic control systems and HVAC applications, Experience with PLCs, Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Fluent Italian, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Experience supporting system commissioning and optimisation in HVAC applications, Exposure to OEM environments, Exposure to complex HVAC installations, Experience delivering technical training to customers or partners, Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused solutions, Interest in developing both technical expertise and commercial understanding within the HVAC industry
