Nice to Have

High school diploma or college degree and/or bachelor's degree, Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in Customer Service and/or Account Management

What You'll Do.

Establish open communication with customers

Resolve concerns according to KPIs

Coordinate activities with other departments

Address customer concerns with ownership mindset

Serve as primary point of contact for Sales Team

Process orders promptly

Record any special instructions

Provide accurate and timely daily reports

Actively participate in relevant meetings
