**Customer Service Specialist – Discharges** **Full Time Permanent Opportunity** * **Build your career in Commercial Lending operations at CommBank** * **Hybrid working – 1 day in office per week (20% pcm), 4 days WFH after training** * **Location: we are keen to speak to applicants based in Perth or Melbourne** **Do work that matters** CommBank’s Business Banking Operations (BBO) function is looking for two Customer Service Specialists to join our Commercial Discharges team. BBO more broadly is responsible for the fulfilment, settlement and servicing of Commercial Lending products Including Business Lending, Merchant Facilities, Bank Guarantees, CommBiz and Audit Certificates for CBA. We support our Business Banking colleagues and all other segments in delivering exceptional service to a wide range of customers including small businesses, franchises and large-scale corporate customers. We have around 350+ passionate colleagues based across Australia and we work closely together to ensure the same exceptional and consistent level of service is provided to all of our customers.
