Full Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist for the Danish market, you are the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers and play a key role in delivering an outstanding end-to-end service experience for premium outdoor living products. This role requires native or near-native Danish language skills and is ideal for candidates who enjoy taking ownership of complex and technical customer cases. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Act as the main customer service contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat - Handle complex inquiries and escalations, including technical and installation-related topics - Manage cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds independently and accurately - Collaborate closely with logistics partners, warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams - Contribute actively to customer satisfaction and NPS improvement WHAT YOU’LL BRING - Native or near-native Danish (mandatory) and strong professional English skills - 3–5 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing B2C role (e-commerce preferred) - Confidence in explaining technical products and solutions to customers - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong prioritization skills - High IT affinity; experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Aircall, or similar tools is a plus - Please note: Applications without Danish language proficiency cannot be considered.
