Full Job Description
**Customer Service Expertise needed as a Concierge at our Christchurch Airport to drive our straight to car (S2C) service!** A 12-month fixed term opportunity as our Concierge to create an unforgettable experience for our preferred customers using our straight to car product. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and people skills make all the difference, we want you on our team! **Snapshot:** 📍 **Christchurch Airport** 💼 **Full-Time (40 hours/week), Fixed-Term (12-months) position available** 🤝 **Supportive, Friendly, and Inclusive Culture in a global company** **What You’ll Do:** * Deliver a best-in-class experience for all customers, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and personalised interaction. * Support our preferred customers to ensure that if they have selected straight to car that they are able to go through this process. * Troubleshoot customer issues on the spot and escalate ongoing issues. * Ensure that the customer leaves the location wanting to use S2C for their next Rental. * Report back to S2C team frequent issues to ensure that these are being resolved. * Train RSA and Rover team members in S2C processes and troubleshoots to drive engagement. * Collaborate with team members and management to coordinate timely vehicle pick-up and drop- off * Communicate proactively with Avis Preferred customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics, special requests, and meeting locations where required. * Greet customers warmly upon arrival, open vehicle doors, which may mean assisting with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle. * Inspection of the renter’s vehicle **What We’re Looking For:** * An Avis Champion with a passion for our brand and ensuring all customers have a premium experience. * Valid Driver’s License * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Confident with technology tablet or mobile device skills * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-
