at least 2 years’ experience on Freight Forwarder, Solid knowledge in Sea cargo background in Freight forwarding, Shipping or Logistics field, especially in Freight forwarding industry, Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Fluent in English language, Self-confident with positive attitude, negotiation skills, Able to work under pressure, Able to handle the conflict cases and have a resolution skill, High Responsibility, flexibility and Discreetness, Excellence on communication skill

What You'll Do.
Issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion
Coordinate with sales/customer/overseas agent
Obtain shipment instruction
Follow SOP requirements
Coordinate import process with customer/carrier/supplier
Follow up order with CPL overseas
Inform customer of cargo movement
Handle all relevant import documents
Solve customer problems
Follow up on customer requests
Check quality and accuracy of works
Recheck debit/credit from overseas
Complete Billing to customer
overseas agent & vendors
Provide additional services as assigned

Team & Collaboration
Co-ordinate with sales/customer/ and overseas agent & Key account; Co-ordinate with customer/carrier/supplier and related department; Co-ordinate with related department for import process
