Physical Requirements: Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers., Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling, Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head., Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, Stock and Fulfillment Only: Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Ensure the salesfloor stays 'runway ready'
Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms (in-store
Create a smooth fitting room experience
Create a clean and clutter-free customer experience
Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
Adhere to all operational
merchandise and asset protection standards
Promote initiatives like our Nordstrom Rewards program
unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
Prepare and ship customer’s orders following quality
packing and shipping standards
Utilize inventory management systems to scan
process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes
Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
Provide general support to the store
e. g. set up special events
and relocate store fixtures
