High school diploma or GED, 1 year customer service experience, At least 18 years old, Valid driver's license, Clean driving record, Authorized to work in the United States, Basic computer navigation skills, Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Work 40 hours per week, Willing to wear a company uniform

Background in sales, Background in service, Background in hospitality, Speaking other languages is a plus

Welcome customers upon arrival
Deliver friendly and professional return experience
Inspect rental vehicles for damage
Inspect rental vehicles for fuel levels
Inspect rental vehicles for mileage
Handle findings discreetly
Direct issues to appropriate channels
Complete return transactions accurately
Advise customers on final rental charges
Promote SIXT products and services
Identify vehicles for maintenance
Tag vehicles for maintenance
Move vehicles to correct location
Work in various weather conditions
