Must Have
High school diploma or GED, 1 year customer service experience, At least 18 years old, Valid driver's license, Clean driving record, Authorized to work in US, Basic computer navigation skills, Familiar with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Background in sales, Background in service, Background in hospitality, Speaking other languages is a plus
What You'll Do.
Welcome all customers
Deliver friendly and professional return experience
Inspect rental vehicles for damage
Inspect rental vehicles for fuel levels
Inspect rental vehicles for mileage
Handle findings discreetly
Direct issues to appropriate channels
Complete return transactions accurately
Advise customers on final rental charges
Promote additional SIXT products
Promote additional SIXT services
Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance
Ensure vehicles are moved to correct location
Work in various weather conditions
Take on additional tasks
