What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 2 years of full-time customer service or sales experience, Valid Class 5 Driver’s License held for at least 2 years, Ability to safely drive manual transmission vehicles, Clean driving abstract with no more than 2 minor infractions within the past 2 years, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Comfortable using tablets and handheld devices, Full professional fluency in written and spoken English, Availability to work 8-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation

Nice to Have

Previous valet, hospitality, or high-volume customer service experience, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, Proactive approach toward safety and operational improvements, Experience working in fast-paced environments

What You'll Do.

Serve as primary point of contact

Assist customers with check-ins/check-outs

Resolve customer concerns

Deliver welcoming customer experience

Safely operate customer vehicles

Conduct visual vehicle inspections

Document fuel levels and odometer readings

Handle customer keys responsibly

Maintain accurate vehicle tracking

Support efficient traffic flow

Organize vehicles onsite

Maintain clean reception area

Report maintenance issues

Complete administrative tasks

Support daily operational workflows

Follow workplace safety procedures

Maintain radio communication

Wear required uniform and safety equipment
